NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HIDALGO, TEXAS

CITY HALL

6:00 P.M. ON THE 16TH DAY OF MARCH 2020

 

If during the course of the meeting covered by this notice, the City Council should determine that a closed session or executive session of the Council, then such closed, executive session, meeting is authorized by Sections 551.071 to 551.074 of the Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes and Annotated.  Notice of Closed or Executive Session given at the commencement of the meeting covered by this notice pursuant to Section 551.071 of the local Government Code.

 

Should any final action, or decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the Council with regard to any item during the meeting, then such vote made during the open meeting covered by this notice upon the reconvening of this public meeting.

1.3   Discussion and action of approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for Las Arboledas De Hidalgo Phase IV, being a re-subdivision of 8.186 Acres out of Lot 4, Block 24, Steel And Pershing Subdivision As Recorded In Volume 8, Page 115, H.C.D.R. City Of Hidalgo, Hidalgo County, Texas/Melden and Hunt, Inc.

1.4   Discussion and Action on Rezoning of McColl Tract 7.91 Acres Being an Irregular Tract – E360’-N878’ Lot 2 Block 13 7.91 Acre Gross, 6.09 Acre Net McColl Subdivision from C-1 Central Business District to R-2 High Density Residential District/G & M Real Estate Company.

1.5   Consideration and action on Ordinance Number 2020-03, Amending Zoning Ordinance by Incorporating Zoning Change for 7.91 Acre Gross, - 6.09 Net Irregular Tract of Land, More or Less out of McColl SubdivisionTract/Julian Gonzalez.

2.0   Consideration and action to take appropriate action on HEDC Request to Approve Accepting bids for the Hidalgo Infrastructure Project Funded by EDA/Prisciliano Trevino.

2.1   Consideration and action to take appropriate action on HEDC Request to Approve Awarding Bid to Lowest Bidder for Hidalgo Infrastructure Project Funded by EDA, subject to final approval by EDA/Prisciliano Trevino.

2.2   Consideration and action to take appropriate action on HEDC Request to Approve Change Order Number One for Hidalgo Infrastructure Project Funded by EDA, subject to final approval by EDA/Prisciliano Trevino.

2.3   Discussion and action to Proceed with Hidalgo Viejo Drainage Project Phase I, an Urban County Funded Project/Julian Gonzalez.

2.4   Consideration and action on February 2020 Departmental Reports.
